On the outskirts of Urban you will meet all kinds of people, scattered remains of once a civilized society. But even in an apocalypse – or especially during one -, an army base is bound to be home to some very ruthless and highly lethal individuals. And, as one might expect, they pack some heavy duty weaponry. That being said, say hello to the rebel Urban Army Garrison. They might not be the friendliest neighbors, but they sure know how to run an efficient protection racket. And if you do make friends, some under-the-counter arms deals are not out of the question.
